"I mix the brine with lots of sautéed garlic slices, and when my linguini or spaghetti is done, I drain it and put it in the pot with just a bit of cornstarch, the brine, and the clams and stir it over medium heat until it just thickens a bit. To serve, I sprinkle if with chopped parsley. This is a very easy dish and one of my favorites. These clams have a lovely flavor and texture."
