Standard shipping is free for orders over $75, a flat rate of $12.99 for all other orders within the contiguous United States and APO/FPO addresses.
Standard shipping is via UPS or USPS, according to our discretion.
All orders ship within 2 business days, typically. Sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise and we may not be able to do that. We will always get every order out as quickly as we are able, and communicate with you if any of those circumstances do occur. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Transit time is from 1 to 5 business days, depending on shipping address (we ship from Libertyville, IL 60048). You can view the transit time map for expected transit time to your address.
Expedited shipping is based on weight and shipped the next business day via UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Express Mail. Please enter your delivery state and zip code in your cart for the rate.
Shipping rate to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico based on weight, at a discounted rate. We would love to be able to offer free shipping beyond the contiguous states, but as a small business with one facility, we're unable to. Please enter your delivery zip code in your cart for the rate.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to Canada. Our apologies.

We'll issue a refund or send a replacement if you are not completely satisfied with your order. Just contact us within 30 days of receiving your order (please include your name and order number) and we'll do our best to put things right.
