"Although this item goes great with all tinned fish, etc. See my review written below I just discovered another essy way to immediately enjoy into a cup of whole milk ricotta ir burstta filling add in a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil plain or seasoned and whip it with a spoon so it's well blended and airy spread whipped ticotta on a slice of very well crispy italian bread ir baducco toast cracker on top spread this eggplant, peppers & onions and if you have a jar of rosdted tomstoes add that as well drizzle balsamic glaze on it with a cup of tea ir coffee you will enjoy pure bliss"
