Excellent Quality

"Very tender, however I feel like they need an accompanying flavor for balance. I melted some garlic and anchovies in olive oil, added some white wine, two cups of cherry tomatoes, and a bit of the octopus brine. Tossed in some bucatini then tossed in the octopus pieces. Served with lemon zest, pecorino, and parsley. Great dish!"
