"Since I discovered these olives five years ago, hanging out in a Dirty Martini at a local, upscale bar, I've gotten stores and liquor stores to carry them, and have created quite the can club around town for them. To say I love them is an understatement. They turn a Dirty Martini into pure magic with the almost barbecued taste of the olives; the brine is elegant in it's softness, adding a full rounded profile to a cocktail that can tend more towards Pacific Ocean than Great Gatsby. I'm sure they can be used in ways other than being drowned in vodka, but I can't think of a higher purpose.
