Recipe: Anchovies and Artichokes Pintxo

Another easy to prepare pintxo with a tastiness that is made all the better from the almost non-existent preparation time.

Anchovies and Artichokes Pintxo

Total Time: 3 minutes

Ingredients

1 jar (3.17 ounces) - Cantabrian anchovy fillets

1 jar (12 ounces) - Marinated grilled artichoke halves

1 - lemon

Directions

1. Drain off the excess oil from the artichokes and the anchovies.

2. Skewer a piece of artichoke and one or two anchovy fillets on a toothpick.

3. Finish with a few drops of lemon juice.
