White anchovies, boquerones, from the waters of northern Spain. Filleted by hand in the traditional fashion, packed in oil and vinegar for a mild, fresh, and tangy flavor quintessential of San Sebastián. Our favorite example of the classic ingredients you'll find at pintxo bars throughout the Parte Vieja.
We do not yet have boquerones available for order. They are a special care item, requiring shipment with ice packs and insulation, so we're working on the logistics of bringing them Stateside. Because they're worth it.
