This is awesome stuff. I’m telling you, make the mussel sandwich. Use their list of ingredients, it’s good. But I like to add thin slices of chorizo or jamon serrano or even some good prosciutto, and something acidic. Keep the blue cheese but swap the dressing with olive oil.
Can’t wait to order some more. My kids love the mussels too!
